what's with the phones at DSTV in Umhlanga?!?!

the number for the DSTV centre in Umhlanga ***) never ever works!!...not sure if its even a real number?!?!...so frustrating as they told me i could simply call for an appointment to change my device without sitting in queues...two days later I can't get through even through customer care?!?
