What's the use of a gift, if it can't be used!

I received my explora 2 as a gift, which I'm truly grateful for to be recognized as a good and loyal customer of Dstv on the 27th Dec 2017. I was given a sms line 42480 to sms for someone to contact me for installation! I have sent these sms's every two days since then and no one has gotten back to me as yet. I phoned ********** 222 and was given three installers tel no - well two of the numbers didn't pick up and the third was so annoyed that I requested for an installation to be done. I contacted ********** 222 again today, was given the number ********** 357 to contact. Upon phoning the number it gives you a number ********** 000 to contact which gives you the message that the number doesn't exist! I am in Boksburg and would like matter resolved asap!!!
