What's exactly the meaning of Pricelock?????

I am constantly being overcharged month after month on my pricelock contract. I think someone should please explain the concept of a pricelock to this people. To make matters worse when I try to contact them I am told they are unreachable... You can only liaise with them through an email, of which to this day after like a month there's no reply. What nonsense it this. This seriously amounts to a ******** act. How do u rob someone of their money... Cry technical qliches as an excuse and cut yourself from being reachable to account for your disgraceful acts. Streaming services seams more and more appealing cause this is simply unacceptable.
