What to Watch??????????

Okay, so we get the ad on tv showing that if we cant watch a channel, its because there is a storm on the other side of the world......ABSOLUTELY ****!!!!!!!!

So what they are telling me is that there has been a storm in that part of the world for the past 3months, every single day, every single second of every day?

You guys are very quick to take your money from our accounts, cut our subscription if we dont pay online, and getting freaken rediculous with your installements, but when we, the people who pay a lot of money to watch something, ask you guys to please send a tech out, you say, oh sorry, its a strom.

So, what i have done now, is i have gotten wifi uncapped with netflix. as soon as my wifi is installed, DSTV will be something of the past for me.

Your service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go and tell that **** about a storm to someone who cares and who will believe you....cause i sure as hell dont!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Gerhard Van Zyl

We understand your frustration in this regard. Rain does affect DStv satellite signal and viewing may be interrupted sometimes.

We pride ourselves in bringing you the very best in series, movies and sporting entertainment, though given certain weather circumstances there is a chance your viewing may be interrupted by a passing drizzle or serious thunderstorm. This can even take place when it’s sunny in South Africa but raining in another part of the world where we're receiving the satellite signal from. As soon as the weather clears up, you can enjoy your favourite entertainment again.

You should not experience signal loss or break up of the video during normal rain or on an ongoing basis. If you do, we recommend you contact one of our accredited installers to check your installation.

Should you need any further information, please feel free to contact us via ***.

Regards

Elna
