WHAT'S THE POINT OF CATCH-UP?
<p>For a few weeks now we noticed that programmes have not been loading on catchup, we do not turn the decoder off so this does not make sense. what is the delay with loading the programmes and movies on catchup? The programmes we enjoy watching are never on catchup but unnecessary programmes are on there like programmes that appear on SABC seem to be loaded on catchup. you pay for premium service only to get SABC? New programmes are never loaded on catchup, lastyear september we downgraded from premium to extra, some of the new series that features on catchup is absolutely appauling and disturbing to say the least with exteme violence and nudity. you pay for premium service and get thrash. when flipping through catchup you can never find anything as the programmes we enjoy watching are never there and the ones that are there dont load on time. somthing seriously needs to be done as we are been ******!</p>

A week later and nobody has bothered to contact me, problem is still ongoing. I tried to record a programme on the pvr, it even shows the name of the programme recorded but automatically recordered something copletely different.
