What's going on?
Last month I paid my account using the PayU feature when logging into the self service portal. Couple of days later, my dstv is suspended for non payment and dstv has no clue that the payment had been made. After fighting with the call centre for weeks as bankstatements apparently aren't proof enough that the payment was made - even though no receipts or any other forms of proof is provided to me when using their PayU feature, the payment is allocated to my account. Though I'm still held liable for reconnection fees even though my payment was made ontime? Now, I go make my payment again, and big surprise the payment is deducted from my bank acc yet not reflecting when checking my balance via the self service portal. So now I most likely have to go through this whole issue again. ***? If it's this difficult to pay for your services just cancel my account. Give me back the amount I've now prepaid for March - and cancel the entire damn service. I'm done.
