What outstanding balance?

<p>Goodday</p> <p>A good few months ago I decided to stop payment on dstv, As im not interested in this expensive business anymore. And so they could disconnect my service with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>For months I didnt receive anything from them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then all of sudden yesterday out of the blue, I received an sms saying they handing me over to Vericred for an amount outstanding of R347.91. Why is the question in mind? I stopped paying as this has become way to expensive for any normal person to pay, and now you still demand more and more money, and sending a threatening sms saying they handing me over. I didnt ask for any service after my last payment. Byt DSTV (multichoice) is becoming money hungry and threatening people with messages like this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why do I still owe you money, I have always paid my account on time, and all this time I didnt even receive an sms or email with that balance that you want out of me now. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is rediculous, and they expect people to pay for a service they not using anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please get back to me asap in regards with this rediculous matter.</p>
