What must one do to get attention from dstv

Have been writing here for the past months and its of no help...l dont know what steps to take as dstv never gets back to me.Last week l spoke to a consultant on dstv self service by the name of Priscilla.She helped me by sending the gps co-ordinates to your IT TECHNICIANS then for 5 days we enjoyed the dstv wifi without it locking the sim.l then went back again to the dstv self service to get help there only to find out that the wrong address which was causing our wifi sim to lock is back on again.so what do we do ke or must we cancel the dstv wifi cause we dont enjoy the wifi as the sim is always locked,the blue light on the wifi turns to green....so l dont know what your technicians were fixing cause as l am writing this review the wifi sim is locked.
