WHAT IS THE USE OF PAYING SO MUCH FOR SOMETHING THAT WILL NEVER WORK

I have been paying for DSTV Router for morethan 2 years..my contract ended..a year ago..now i have big problem with signal..i am told i have to get a new Reuter contract. when i was trying to return my router i was told i have to pay R1790 for router..now i have to pay again for new router..,what a way to **** people Ellen Kwinda says my router cant connect because contract has expired and i still have to pay again for 2 years then boom not working after ..
