What is the purpose of This!!

I actually do not know why I even write this! The problem with the MULTICHOICE service has not improved at all, in fact it has become worse! The past two weeks I sat for two occasions on the telephone with consultants keeping me on hold for more than two hours!!! On my cost!! I am not an isolated case and last Saturday encountered a que of extremely irritated MULTICOICE clients with similar complaints!! They seem to have such a monopoly that they could not even care!! In fact the consultant at the local agency was in tears saying that MULTICHOICE is even going to close this agence and that thay all received retrencing letters!!
