What is going on at Multichoice????

I want to reconnect my DSTV package, but now I'm expected to pay an additional R100 over and above the connection fee of R50. When I called the Contact Centre the agent who assisted me could not tell me what the R100 is for. She could not view the transaction history just as I cannot view it on my side. I used to be able to view the transaction history but cannot anymore, because apparently that functionality has been disabled. So I can't reconnect my package because I refuse to pay an additional R100 that I do not know anything about. The agent speculated that the R100 could be some sort of a payback for a discount that was I offered earlier this year, but could not confirm. So after spending 20 minutes on the phone with the agent, there was still no solution to my problem. What the hell is going on at Multichoice????
