What is going on at dstv?

I am very disappointed in the services i received from dstv firstly they send you the amount to pay when making payment via the PayPal it gives you a different amount which i payed then they connect it just to have viewing for a week then it is off again but when i checked after payment to see if there is a balance it showed R0 . When i try to downgrade it says that no packages is connected to the account but i have been watching the family package for more than a year. Then when i check to see my balance it says payable R76.60 then i pay R100 when i wanted to connect suddenly it says i have to pay R265 more. So why do they give different totals. And why does it show there is no package connected to the account. Account no ********** . Hope to hear from you soon regarding this.
