What is Decoder payment plan ,who open that plan on my behalf on the 15th of April ????? This has affected my credit score .just found out this morning when I'm receiving my emails that there's a chance in my credit report . Why are you guys doing that to us .

Why are you opening things with our names that will affect our lives . I don't know nothing about this DPP or Decoder payment plan .but it is appearing on my credit score I'm gonna report this matter to credit bearue or NCA I know my rights as a consumer. And which National credit act will deal with you .my credit score has gone down .dstv you need to be dealt with. And my mom told me to cancel you Because no one is watching your nonsense anymore .you really ****ming your customers
