What is a residential account DSTV and why are you *******ly charging me for it?

My price lock experience ends on 29 June. I receive an SMS today saying that the amount that will be taken from my account on 39 June once the price lock experience is done is R1147. I queried this and received a message from Tessa Tucker now that states that from 30 June I will pay R248 for a residential account and R899 for a payment plan account. What is a residential account? I was to,d y premium would be R899 so why has it now jumped to R1147? Please will someone competent assist.
