What I get told when to upgrade and downgrade!!!
I called in March to upgrade and schedule a downgrade it was done I then got told to use the self service of which I did on April 02nd 2015 now I called to request a downgrade and I get told it cannot be done until the 30th April, so I must pay for a service I do not want pathetic and I got told I accepted he terms and conditions and get told I will be called back in 7 days is the turn around time, pathetic ****!! This is forcing someone a service they don't want but must pay for it
