What have we done to the world

It is just simply amazing how apathetic people in south africa are. We recently had an insurrection and the country was brought was brought down to its knees. Weeks later and there is another threat of more instability. Why?.....because the people know that accountability in south africa is now obsolete. It does not exist. A few weeks ago I complained about the poor service from Multichoice even though I am a premium subscriber since 1988. . I did receive a phone call from Multichoice the day after my hello Peter rant. Since that phone call, there is zero correspondence and zero resolution of my complaint. I've now faced reality that the days of good customer service and experience is sadly over. The days of a smile , of a sorry or a please or a thank you is going to be a rare experience in the future. To those people who still offer a good service and experience.....I salute you
