What has happened to the credit of R650
Multichoice disconnected my service for an outstanding amount of R350.00, I paid R1000.00 which a consultant confirmed that it was a credit that I had. That R650 has mysteriously disappeared for apparently other billing items that came off my account. I reported this matter to Hellopeter, only to get an email from Multichouce that they are busy and will revert to me as soon as possible. Today I receive an SMS stating that if R702.00 is not paid my services will be suspended. Plus I received a list of statements for my account. However the statement for December is still not a true reflection of what has happened to my credit if R650. According to the amounts deducted after the receipt of R1000.00 there is still a credit of R500. What happened to my money?!!!..I deserve an answer from Multichoice and not statements that are nonsensical!! The service from Multichoice regarding this matter has been appalling.
