What happened to my R99dstv compact stream for Showmax stand alone ?????

Do u want to tell me why I’m on the promo of Showmax stand-alone (your staff doesn’t even seem to know this , shocking )and I’m paying R99 for compact stream and I’ve been trying to pay since end of July and u have a wrong amount on my payment link , it changes from 365 to 262 to other different amounts but not the R99 I’m supposed to pay!!one of your watsapp agents said there is an error with the link, she send me another link but can’t be opened , another said there is no longer Showmax???but who said there is cause I said I’m on the Showmax stand alone promo for R99 ??? Then another said I forfeited the promo cause I didn’t pay?what the hell is going on, I started on the 13th June do my payment cycle is 13th to 13th, she dropped me and the other said my account was just temporary so I must open a new one, ooh my word do this people get product knowledge training or what ???I’ve spend so many days repeating myself to different people who know nothing of this, another said I must pay R140 when I ask for what she says for access fee and easy view but can’t explain why I have payments of R99, I send her proof of payment and I’m telling her it’s for my Dstv compact stream promo for Showmax stand alone, they no nothing just tells me TK open a new Acc !!!your media team refuses to help me but they understand this promo cause they helped me to start it!!! They just say contact watsapp despite me telling them I’ve been there and nobody knows about this promo!!! You are all just not helpful!! Why did u offer me this promo then ???
