What an asset to have in your team

I would just like to provide a big compliment to Nomvuyo from your call centre team. I phoned in Sunday with a query that could not be resolved immediately. Nomvuyo requested that I email through a certified copy of an ID and she phoned back the next day. Although I missed her calls twice, I phoned Multichoice and, although I have not spoken to Nomvuyo since my initial query, the problem was resolved and extraview could be enabled. Thank you very much Nomvuyo for all your help. You are definitely an asset to Multichoice. Well Done!!!!
