What am I paying Insurance for???? OLD decoders!

I have been paying insurance for many, many years on all of my decoders, I started having issues with my PVR a while back, my dad took it in and I was given someone else's OLD machine, we then had issues with this machine and my dad took it in again and we were given another OLD machine. Now this stupid thing is rebooting at 3h30am every morning, my dogs hear it rebooting and wake up and I can't get them to settle again for ages. I have now HAD ENOUGH! I want a new PVR which I have actually paid for 10 fold by paying insurance, I don't want someone else's old ******* which didn't work for them either!
