What a waste! No explanation as to how someone can’t afford a downgrade
My dad is a premium subscriber to DSTV for as long as he has had DSTV +- 15 years.
He has been wanting to switch to a different package which costs R35 less then his current package. But Multichoice is rejecting this saying that he is not able to afford it because he is a pensioner. There is no mathematical explanation as to how someone is has been able to pay R934 every month without fail is now not able to R899!
He ends up spending 30 mins on the phone with no logical explanation!
