What a useless call centre!
Please refer to the last couple of interactions I had with DSTV via the call centre and Twitter and then arrange for someone senior to contact me. I am still waiting for Nicky and Nosipho the \TEAM LEADERS"to call me back?? How many requests must I leave to get some sort of service from DSTV?? btw the \""contact us\"" option is not working on the DSTV website and your team that handles your cases on \""TWITTER\"" is either sleeping or too busy to respond to my enquiry!"""
