What a sclepp!!! Poor service.

You sent me an e mail about rates for 2022. Nowhere can I get the rate without being enticed into a contract. No thank you. been there, once you're in a contract actually getting hold of Multichoice to cancel is a major op and pain. Why should I log in to your site to see my new price??? Why can't you just display in the e mail message? About to just stop paying for this service. I fail to understand this and find it totally unacceptable.
