What a disgusting service...
The ladies working at MultiChoice are very unfriendly. I dealt with Nwabisa and she couldn't even listen to my query, she left me hanging for about 16 minutes without coming back to assist me. I'm paying every month but i haven't received catch up service for about 3 months now. No one is willing to assist me at MultiChoice.
