WHAT A CONFUSED AND ARROGANT COMPANY

soon after my last review i received a message and fone call that the matter has been resolved, my account corrected and a credit established on my account. hurrah i was a happy chappy. BUT AAAARGH . 2 days later an ammount of R1558 IS DEDUCTED FROM MY AACOUNT. I am not impressed. they do not seem to care too much about the client as long as they can take your money *******ly. i have laid a charge of theft at the saps.seems that the diffirent departments do not communicate
