We're being **********

My services were disconnected because of late payment and as we all know there's a reconnection fee needed. I paid more than the subscription amount plus the reconnection fee but know when I'm supposed to be reconnected I'm being told there's an amount due. My account was up to date before this. I spoke to 2 different agents who both could not explain why I need to pay the amount they're requesting on top of the amount I had already paid which covered both the subscription and reconnection fee.

Instead they seem irritated and frustrated by my refusal to pay and just end the chats without resolution.

Extremely poor service!!
