Went for DSTV Walk 7 replacement, got offered 3 inch instead

<p>I went to MultiChoice in Centurion (28/10/2016 09:00) and got assisted by Octavia. First of all she wasn't nice, she gave me attitude even after I greeted her with a smile. I told her I needed her to replace my Walk 7 cos it had the antenna broke, and I was struggling with signal. She told me I needed to pay R300, and I told her it was still under warranty. She went away for a short while and then came back with a 3 inch Walka, and told me thats all they could give me. I mean that can't be right. Its not a like for like replacement, I didn't ask for a downgrade for quality. Even then, she wasn't explaining herself, she gave me attitude. I took my old one and left, I wasn't going to sacrifise my eye sight, thatthing is too small.</p>
