Amazing service from Mazwi, who's located in Durban. I'm challenged with TV's and DSTV decoders. Mazwi has the patience of Job, and stayed with me on the phone until we managed to clear an error. Sounds simple, but it wasn't, not for me. He was super clear with his directions and I'm just so impressed. He saved me a technician call out fee. He also told me about the special DSTV is running, taking a whole chunk out of my monthly subscriptions. Well trained staff at DSTV and thank you Mazwi - your service is amazing.
