Well done Mphumelelo, Dstv call centre

We have been having a problem with the decoder. We changed it at Lemon Tree Dstv agency, great service. Then had to call in to the call centre. My sister in law was blessed to have her call answered by Mphumelelo at about 4.30 pm today. He was patient, professional, super competent and even called us an hour later to make sure everything was perfect. Great job Mphumelelo. Really impressed
