Well done DSTV for fast friendly service in correcting a billing for an old inactive decoder.

I would like to commend DSTV. After their error in overcharging me, double debits went off for my old DSTV decoder & my new one. I hadn't used the old one for years & it was not reactivated. When I moved a new dish etc was installed. As I was retrenched many years back. When I queried the overpayment, I noticed two decoders active An awesome woman got back to me with a speed, she went over the whole account. Turned out I had like 4 months credits due. It was immediately noted on my account. So lucky me paying in advance has meant I am still watching with only paying again in March. You guys rock. Everyone is human & errors can occur. But your response & resolve & friendliness with which my query was handled shows that you are an awesome big business who knows how to take ownership of an error & fix it. Love your programs. It's easy for people to moan, but we can also give good reviews where it is fitting. So we'll done DSTV for getting it right.
