Welcome to DSTV/Multichoice

I have a debit order on my dstv account for R385 per month, last night i sat watching skyfall and then not watching it, they said my account is in arrears. I looked at my bank statement and low and behold on the 2nd jan R385 was paid into dstv account ********** 4 smart card number ********** 634. I know that the programmes are poor and everything is repeated more times than i have years but in the middle of james bond this is poor, seems accounting is not something they are efficient at, could somebody pls sort this out as I have paid for something i am not getting
