Weekly disconnections

I have 2 decoders on extra view which have been getting disconnected every week for the past 11 weeks despite paying my account in full and in time. Every week I have to call to DSTV to get them reconnected which is frustrating and costly for me. Multichoice doesn't seem to care about service and I am sure its because there isn't any other competitor out there. If Open HD could just add a few more channels even for a fee I am sure almost everyone would leave this useless Multichoice.
