Website is useless

Why bother having a online website when the thing never works properly. I have tried using the scheduled disconnect function on numerous occasions for my holiday home decoder. Every time I have it that results in me having to sit on the phone to your call center. The first time was in Jul 2015 where the disconnect did not happen and I was billed as though no disconnect had been scheduled until I picked it up in Sep and call the call center.<br> The second time was now in Jan 2016 where the disconnect did happen but I cant re link another package. On calling the call center I was informed that the decoder was trying to reconnect the package and this resulted in me hanging on for ages and then informed that IT has to resolve the issue. So right now it still is not resolved.<br> If you want to charge premium rates then get your online presence act together and offer a service that works. Useless!!
