WEBSAT DStv Pietermaritzburg greyling/commercial road refusing to help us

There’s only one DStv agency/shop in the whole of Pietermaritzburg. It’s called WEBSAT in greyling street. The people working there are rude arrogant and disrespectful. Their website says they close at 5pm but when you go there these people tell you they close at 15:30. They Infact close their doors by 15:15pm for 15:30 and they are just sitting inside the. On Saturdays they say they just save 50 people. I got there last week Saturday before they opened and I was told that they had already issued out the cards but there were about 15 people in front of me and I wonder where they distributed other 35 cards to make 50 people for the day. Does DStv mean that there are no other people in Pietermaritzburg who can qualify to agents? Why servicing a whole capital city of KZN with a single *********** outlet? We deserve better. We’re your clients. Treat us with respect.
