We will escalate and get back to you!!!

Our HD PVR gives an E143-4 error code, the DSTV self service platform on the web does not have a E143 error code on the system??? So the inevitable had to happen I had to call the call centre on Sat 30th Jan, I was told the error code had to be cancelled from the DSTV office which was apparently done. A new error code came up saying that the channel was not available in this country. The consultant said that the PVR would need to be reset to Factory settings which I did as per her instructions. Our Explora works 100% but all far TV's cannot pick up the RF signal from the HD PVR, an HDMI cable gets a picture on a TV connected to the PVR but no picture through RF. After an hour the consultant said she could not find a solution to the problem and would escalate the call (we would get a return call within 24hrs), it is now Wed and we have heard nothing!!!! Today we went to the Mulichoice offices with both the PVR and the Explora, were told it was the Smart card that was faulty and had to buy another one at R99, as expected we get home and still no PVR picture on the far TV's only a Explora picture???? Tomorrow it will be back to Multichoice for more terrible service...
