We fixed your problem yet I still get calls

On the 19th of June 2021 I lodge a complaint about phone calls received for an unpaid DSTV account. I received a message back that the fault is on DSTV side and they have fixed it. Well... who ever had to fixed it did not do a great job as I received another call yesterday from a very rude lady. Please fix your internal problems and stop bugging me for errors in your establishment.
