WAY OVERCHARGED!!!

Good day,

I am querying my account balance.

I am aware that I have the premium price lock of R959 and the box office of R70.00 due at the end of the month with only 1 week’s prorate rate.

My balance is showing almost showing R1990.00 which is COMPLETELY ridiculous.

I need this to be fixed BEFORE any debits go off my account.

I am really not impressed by the way I have been assisted/treated as I am a new customer.

First I had to wait for more than a month for my decoder just to find out they couldn’t locate my address but no correspondence was made for such and now I am getting WAY OVERCHARGED.
