Watching too much TV

For the month of May my services were suspended, and on the 25 of June I made a payment of R655 for reconnection and upgrade to Extra Package on Extra View as well as retaining Access Package on standalone. On the 25 of July I made a payment of R600 after being switched off again even before my billing period of 01/August/2015. Today my standalone is switched off , and the outstanding balance is R1027,99.would someone explain to me how come have I reached this amount.Proof of payment was send to payments@multichoice [URL Removed] For the past 2 years I have been paying an insurance for a Drifta despite my pleas of canceling it. Would you please switch the standalone to Access Package and the PVR extra view to Compact package and the change to my Boxoffice account. Have wasted way too much airtime trying to figure out why am I charged so hefty?
