Wasted 3 hours of my life

3rd time this week I go to Benoni Car Radio. My explora's port has blown. Why do I have insurance? I wasted 3 hours in total this week of my life which I will never get back. Incompitent staff at this place. Queue for ages then they dont have stock? Why should I pay my subscription if you are out of stock? I expect immediate feedback!
