Waste of time, money, petrol & effort!!!

Our decoder stopped working today. After calling the call centre, they advised us to come there to get it fixed. We drive 55km to get there. An agent checks our decoder and says all is working fine. We drive 55km back home. When we plug the decoder in, IT DOES NOT SWITCH ON!!!!!!!! The exact problem we drove all the way there to fix!!!!!!!!!! NOW WHAT?????
