Waste of Money

I can't believe DSTV is being so shallow...I missed one day's of payment and my subscription went off. When I inquired about my 3 day grace period I was told that there is nothing like that. I had to pay a penalty fee as well as purchase airtime to get the error cleared. Once that was done not even an hour later I had to call back in again to clear another error message. This is ridiculous you have to spend so much money just to watch repeat shows over again. I think I should move to Netflix if I still wanna pay or OVHD which is free
