warranty pass on while trying to get to real multi choice

I'm very sad and disappointed about poor service I received at multi choice. I purchased decoder at kwaggafontein pep and it was installed and working fine and I was paying my subscription well. than within a year my decoder started to have code E 30 I took the decoder to dstv at kwagga mall I was told I must take it to multi choice because it's a factory fault than I called multi choice again with my air time trying to clear the code on their side but they failed me . than I took a day off driving 80km to pretoria just to get help but when I get there they told me the warranty pass on the 17 July 2019 n I went to dstv before the 17 but no help . than now they tell me to get new decoder is that treating customers far? No . since multi choice Is selling decoder every where must I run around to get help but I'm paying antil they tell me to buy other decoder while I went to them early ?
