Warning: Do not sign for a Debit Order with DSTV!

Feedback will be communicated as soon as possible.

Kind regards

MultiChoice: Hello Peter Team

My response, which is still neither answered nor addressed by DSTV!

This is exactly the response I received from your Call Centre staff, who have still never come back to me. I even suspect that, when I am told to hold, for so long, whilst the operator checks details, that she just puts the call on hold whilst doing nothing to assist. I'm wondering if the supposed supervisor, Pearl, was in fact in that position or that her assurances to investigate my complaint, have ever happened? Neither she nor any other person promising to come back to me, has done so. All this since 8 March 2017. I see that other similar posts still have not been resolved. Surprise me, DSTV, by sorting out the ********** accounting activities in your company!!!

Dear Anna
We acknowledge receiving your complaint. Feedback will be communicated to you shortly.
Kind regards

Finally, yesterday, I received a call from Dinah Moemedi. Yet again I detailed my dissatisfaction with DSTV, which she said would investigate & call me back. Surprisingly, she did call back stating that she had arranged to pass a credit for the overpayment deducted from my Debit Order. Also told me that my April Debit Order would be what is due less my credit claim. She sounded legitimate but I'm waiting to see what amount is deducted from my bank on 3 April 2017. Hopefully, after 16 days of my fighting with DSTV, Dinah will have corrected the issue? Will advise after 3 April.

Dinah Moemedi, Thank you for keeping to your word. I've just checked my bank & see that my credit has been actioned this month. Why is it that I had to post on Hellopeter before I could get satisfaction whilst my numerous calls to DSTV's Call Centre were a total waste of time & telephone call costs?
