Wanting me to pay R621.90 for a compact service

An awfull experience I am having with these guys. I am on dstv compact and subscription R399. I tried to pay on Sunday through self service and it says I must pay R1090 which was incorrect but now finally this morning I pay the R399 through the banking App but these guys disconnected my service and on top of the R399 I paid they want me to pay R222.90 which they say it's a prorata. What the hell is that. Reconnection fee they said its R50 how the hell did the amount get to R222.90. It is a reap off, your services guys it's a monthly subscription not credit installment. You have no right to charge me a ****** prorata that high. Fix this or reverse my R399 back to my account let's cancel the whole thing
