Want to cancel DSTV for good
So I requested for price lock of which was suppose to have been installed on the 30th Oct which never happened and then I called them on the 31st and they picked up that the service was active but there was no decoder no installion done, I was then told by the agent to go to my nearest agency, that same day I went and was met with laughs but still the lady there assisted me with a lot of professionalism, she then gave me the number for the comapny on the dot to check where the PVR was, finally that issue was resolved on Sat 2nd Nov the installer came along with the PVR and installed it, everything was working fine except for the extra view which was only sorted out the Mon 4th Nov, yesterday I got a call from Multichoice to ask me if the installation happened which I proceeded to answer yes and that was it. This morning when I woked up my DSTV was diconnected and then phoned the call centre and they could not see where the issue was I then asked to speak to a manager and was kep on hold for 20 min, keep in mind i ma calling from a cell phone, I then dropped the call and called again and met with a lady by the name of busi that was utterly rude that refused to assist and also advised me that she does not want o losse her temper...I then tried to make contact with DSTV via facebook and was just told that I owe them an amount of R771,29 , but payment is only due on the 25th Nov, Can I please have a senior agent acll me as I am not getting any assistance.
