Wanitah Tshabalala- umhlanga branch
A big thank you to Wanitah Tshabalala at the mhlanga branch... I always dread calling your call centre because no1 knows anything... but today I was highly favored 😀 this lady insisted on assisting me even though I wanted to be transferred to Asanda (unfortunately I didn't get her surname and which branch- she was also helpful but line cut) Wanitah resolved my query in less than 5 mins... or was it 2?? I am so impressed, please pass this on to her and her manager! You have a gem... really I am shocked my call went so smoothly.... THIS NEVER HAPPENS... keep it up sis wam!!!!
