Walking-in centre trumps call-in centre!

After my hours of shocking experience at the under trained call in centre staff, I decided to go to Randburg Walk-in Centre. Susan at counter 26 took all of 10 seconds to assess and solve my problems with the decoders. Thanks to her excellent training.
