Walker Insurance Claim - No Response For 14 Days!

Multichoice claims that any claim on the decoder insurance gets settled after no more than 7 days. My Walker got ****** after a recent break in. I called Multichoice and was asked to send the required documents to their Insurance Department [Email Removed] I did this on the 27th of March. I got an automated response same day. I then followed up this week where I was told I would receive some progress update. And guess what? I have not been conducted by them at all! This is very annoying and disappointing! I am overall disappointed in how the insurance industry is treating clients. This is not the image we want for the \beloved"industry. Please sort it out!!"""
