Walker 7 deactivated by Multichoice

My Walker 7 deactivated by Mutichoice, (Error code E16-4). Phoned the call centre on the 2/1/2016, and was advised that service on my Walker 7 needs to be reset and a message will be sent to the \backroom"and my walker will be in working within two/three hours hours. 4/1/2016 and still the same error.<br> Called 3 times today 4/01/2016"
