walka subscription cancelled without warning

Im so disapointed in dstv, i bought the walka for my husband as he works long hours and now you have without warning shut it down, now i will change my package as well not going to pay R939 a month anymore and also, are you going to refund me for the money paid as well as the insurance i took out on it
